Lanaken
Let’s start at the Z-Festival in Lanaken then, where the progeny of our stallions won the competition for five- (Steven Verwaeren and Dylano van de Heide Z, s. Denzel van ‘t Meulenhof) and six-year-olds (Loic Cannaert on E-Risingson Z, s. Elvis Ter Putte). Fortune R Z (s. Fantomas de Muze) on his turn, became sixth in the four-year-olds competition, ridden by Roy Van Beek. In the loose jumping competition for three-year-olds finally, the fourth place went to Nobel van de Vrombautshoeve Z (s. Nabab de Rêve).
Beervelde
At the Flanders Horse Event in Beervelde, Gilles Thomas jumped to a fourth place in the GP riding Konak (s. Nabab de Rêve). Christof Deraedt and Beijing Z (s. Bamako de Muze) added a fourth spot over 1.40m to that. In the competitions for young horses, the most outstanding results came from Dayro Arroyave on Nasty Boy de Muze (s. Bamako de Muze) and Monseigneur (s. Nabab de Rêve), ridden by Felipe Coutinho Mendonca Nagata.
GCT/GCL London
Eros (s. Querlybet Hero) and Olivier Robert showed to be in great shape during the GCT/GCL-leg in London. They took home a fourth and fifth place in two 1.45m-classes.
Ommen
Some more Querlybet-results in Dutch Ommen, where Pieter Clemens and Icarus finished second in the GP. Mikael Forsten, riding Nabab’s Atlanto (s. Nabab de Rêve), full brother to Cadeau de Muze, was placed fourth and Navarone Z (s. Nabab de Rêve, Gerben Morsink) seventh. The latter duo also won a 1.50m-class in Ommen, with Pieter Clemens and Icarus becoming fifth in that same 1.50m-competition. Also in Ommen, Bas Moerings and Fosther (s. Vigo d’Arsouilles) ended fifth in a 1.45m-class and won the Puissance-competition.
Del Mar
Also in Del Mar, the Querlybet Hero-offspring excelled. Firestone S became seventh in the GP2* with Canadian rider John Pearce.
Münster
Jolie van het Molenhof (s. Nabab de Rêve) and Werner Muff won a 1.50m-class in Münster. This combination also finished fourth in a 1.45m-competition. The tenth place in the GP of Münster equally went to a Nabab-descendant, this time Gravity of Greenhill, ridden by Julien Anquetin. Anquetin and Gravity were third in a 1.50m-class as well. Christian Weier and Global (s. Nabab de Rêve), half-brother to Fantomas de Muze and Lector vd Bisschop, were equally good for an excellent placing in a 1.50m-class. They became second.
Kronenberg
In the five- and six-year-old competition in Kronenberg, Thiago Ribas da Costa jumped into the spotlight with Never Before d’Arsouilles (s. Elvis Ter Putte) as did Z-Festival winner E-Risingson Z (s. Elvis Ter Putte) with Loic Cannaert. Marcos van de Oude Heihoef (s. Elvis Ter Putte) did the same in the classes for seven-year-olds, ridden by Tom Dhaeyere.
Samorin
Nimrod de Muze Z (s. Nabab de Rêve) finished first and third in two 1.45m-classes in Slovakian Samorin and furthermore, he became seventh in the GP2* with Lauren Goffinet. In the classes for seven-year-olds, there were some remarkable performances of Romy Herzig riding Chamonix de Rêve (s. Nabab de Rêve). Finally, Gotham City PL (s. Filou de Muze) and Omer Karaevli were first and fourth in two 1.40m-classes.
