Excellentia Muze is a daughter of Narcotique de Muze II, the Darco mare who had an amazing international career under the saddle of Olympic champion Eric Lamaze. The father of Excellentia de Muze is For Pleasure. Excellentia has several (half-) sisters and (half-) brothers, for example Farfelu de la Pomme, Sea Coast Ferly, Quel Hero de Muze and Querlybet Hero.
At the age of 4 she was five times clear in five starts in the classic cycle. She was finalist at the Belgian championships.
Due to an accident, Excellentia had to stop her jumping career early, but luckily, she was still available for breeding.
Her most famous offspring are Inshallah de Muze (F: Nabab de Reve), the champion of the BWP stallion approvals in 2011. Today Inshallah jumps international classes under the saddle of Philippe Lejeune. His full sister, Incroyable de Muze, is ridden by German rider Marc Bettinger. Excellentia also has a daughter of Tinka's Boy, Heroïne Muze, who jumps successfully at the highest level with Japanese rider Taizo Sugitano. Another daughter of Excellentia de Muze is Iphigenia de Muze. This product of Erco van ‘t Roosakker won a 1.50m class in New York with Gregory Wathelet in 2018.
