Vejer de la Frontera
Stunning performance of our eight-year-old stallion Matisse de Mariposa in Vejer de la Frontera. He jumped to the win in a 1.35m class with Bernardo Alves. Riding Mosito van het Hellehof, Alves also scored two clear rounds in 1.40m classes.
The equally only eight-year-old Elton van het Exelhof Z (s. Elvis Ter Putte) took seventh place in the GP2* thanks to a double clear round, ridden by Anna Wilks. Tim Wilks and Melvin vd Bisschop (s. Elvis Ter Putte) came fifth in a 1.40m class.
In the classes for 6- and 7-year-olds there were clear rounds for Elvira de Bornival Z (s. Elvis Ter Putte, Guillaume Foutrier), Jacks O (s. I’m Special de Muze, Gaj Riossa), Scenorrado vd Hunters Z (s. Scendro, Derin Demirsoy), Orage Optimus (s. Scendro, Filippo Tabarini) and Nashville Hero (s. Bamako de Muze, Gaj Riossa).
Wellington
Only four clear combinations in Wellington's tough GP4*. Among them Don Juan van de Donkhoeve (s. Bamako de Muze) and Jessica Springsteen. It yielded them in the end the second place.
Opglabbeek
Excellent work by Frederic Bouvard and Lubie de l'Elan (s. Querlybet Hero) in Opglabbeek. The duo took a third place over 1.45m and a fifth place at level 1.40m. With his other horse, Hugh Grant de Muze (s. Shindler de Muze), Bouvard also performed well. They jumped to a second place in a 1.45m class.
Among the young horses, I'm Viva la Resistence (s. I'm Special de Muze, Juri Sokolovski), Niara (s. Elvis Ter Putte, Marit Haarr Skollerud), Ici Molga D (s. Denzel van 't Meulenhof, Anna Hästbacka), Elnica CL Z (s. Elvis Ter Putte, Benediktee Serigstad Endresen) and Ninja JW van de Moerhoeve (s. Elvis Ter Putte, Therese Søhol Henriksen) stood out in the competition for 7- and 8-year-olds.
Laura Stotzem and Oechie K (s. I'm Special de Muze) won the final for 6-year-olds. In this age category there were also clear rounds for Olala (s. Scendro, Maud Pietroniro) and Opportunity Vitseroel (s. Elvis Ter Putte, Christophe Vanderhasselt). In the 5-year-olds’ competition, El Future van 't Ameldonk Z (s. El Torreo de Muze) and Maxime van Andel did the job three times in a row without jumping faults.
Other
Things went well in Oliva too. Alexander Butler and Gaston d'Ecaussinnes (s. Malito de Rêve) jumped to the fourth place in the GP1* of Oliva, after they also became second at this altitude before.
Mohd Osama El Borai had saddled Hannah-Gold (s. Nabab de Rêve) for the GP2* of Riyadh and the horse delivered. The combination ended up in fourth place.
In Ornago, Giulia Martinengo Marquet signed for the best performance in the classes for 6-year-olds, namely no jumping faults over three days of competition with Jotage B (s. Denzel van 't Meulenhof). In the competition for 5-year-olds there was a clear round for Chiara Guerenzi Rocca and Parel De Guldenboom (s. Nabab de Rêve).
In the young horse classes in Chazey-sur-Ain, Gilles Willemann signed for a clear round. For this he had saddled Elixir Du Houlbec (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles).
