Slowly but steadily, our 5-year-old T crop are proving their exceptional class. Yarno Geeroms had True Colors de la Linière and Tellini van 't Ruytershof jumping superbly in the Lannoo Belgian Stallion Competition, resulting in two clear rounds. Nick Vrins and Tartufo de Muze also impressed with a third clear round in a row.
In the 4-year-olds’ competition, our stallions also did well. Ultra Flip de Muze was clear with Karline, as were Umbello de Muze with Yarno and Kept Secret de l'Amitié with Jordy Oostvogels.
Vejer de la Frontera
Brilliant performance by Andres Vereecke and Call Me de Muze Z (s. Clarissimo Z) in the GP4* of Vejer de la Frontera. It earned them sixth place. Jos Verlooy was on eight riding Origi (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) and Dries Dekkers on nine riding Pommery van het IJzeren Lindehof (s. Kasanova de la Pomme). The Medium Tour GP yielded ninth place for Odile Gierech on Hurricane DB (s. Elvis Ter Putte).
BP Limitless (s. Elvis Ter Putte) and Niamh McEvoy grabbed place three in a 1.45m class. At 1.40m level, there were placings for Enno Klaphake on NC Verso Red Wine (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) and Carlos Borho Giron on Esprit de l'Esprit Z (s. Elvis Ter Putte).
Gothenburg
Lars Kersten and Funky Fred vh Marienshof Z (s. Fantomas de Muze) finished a fine fifth in the GP5* of Gothenburg. In a 1.45m class, Willem Greve piloted his Minute Man (ex-O'Neill van 't Eigenlo, s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) to fifth place.
Oliva
In the GP3* at Oliva, Jonathan Chabrol grabbed sixth place riding Fashion Victim DK (s. Cera d'Ick). In a 1.40m class, Noora Von Bülow grabbed third spot with Interstar B (s. I'm Special de Muze), just ahead of Jérôme Guery with Jyrado vh Bovenhoekshof (s. By Cera d'Ick). Nobel van de Vrombautshoeve Z (s. Nabab de Rêve) was second in the GP1* under Ludo Philippaerts. Megane Moissonnier and Qoup de Coeur de Muze (s. Mosito van het Hellehof) came eighth. There was also a win for Nicolas Delmotte and Kalippo van de Wolfsakker (s. Denzel van 't Meulenhof) over 1.40m.
Kronenberg
The CSI2* in De Peelbergen produced placings for Bruno Martins Costa with Otello de Kalvarie (s. Gemini xx) and Seppe Wouters with Qoffiekoek de Muze (s. Mosito van het Hellehof), each in a 1.40m class.
Other
Place nine was the result for Julia Jaglarz and Groenaannemer vd Lentamel (s. Nabab de Rêve) in the Krakow GP. Brin d'Or de Haute Melen Z (s. Bamako de Muze) and Sharn Wordley finished seventh in the Ocala GP3*. A little further along, in Wellington, Juan Manuel Gallego grabbed place four in the GP2* riding Niagara d'Ive Z (s. Nabab de Rêve). Yoann Le Vot finished third in the Royan GP2* on Funny Girl DK (s. By Cera d'Ick). In Busto Arsizio, there was seventh place for Paolo Adamo Zuvadelli and SM Moses CH (s. Mosito van het Hellehof). Finally, Christophe Vanderhasselt signed for third place in a 1.40m class in Ghent with Opportunity Vitseroel (s. Elvis Ter Putte).
