The class of 2011 is coming

Let's take a look back at the past weeks, where especially the performances of the class of 2011 stood out (starting with letter L if registered in the BWP studbook).

Our stallion Lector vd Bisschop (Koen Vereecke) made a big impression on his GP3* debut with a second place in De Peelbergen. Our breeding product Le Coultre de Muze (s. Presley Boy) has meanwhile arrived at GP four-star level with Philippe Rozier. At their 4*-debut in St. Tropez they immediately finished in eighth place in the GP. Also Levis de Muze (s. Elvis Ter Putte) keeps on piling up good performances. Earlier this month he became sixth in the GP3* of Cabourg with Ioli Mytilineou. Not to forget Le Blue Diamond van 't Ruytershof, who won a 1.55m-class at the GCT/GCL in Valkenswaard with Olivier Philippaerts.

Olympic Games

The Olympic Games are coming up and the first selections have already been announced. The Irish team will include Shane Sweetnam with Karlin van 't Vennehof, a daughter of Fantomas de Muze. Congratulations to all involved!

Other Results

In the U25 competition in Stockholm, Harry Allen achieved top results with Guinness (s. Nabab de Rêve). They finished second in a 1.45m and fourth in a 1.50m class.

Sea Coast Monalisa van 't Paradijs jumped to fourth place in a 1.45m class at the five-star show in St. Tropez. In the GP2* Michel Robert piloted Bingo del Tondou (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) to tenth place.

Another up-and-coming talent is Nimrod de Muze Z (s. Nabab de Rêve). With Pedro Veniss, Nimrod jumped to the third place in the GP2* of Barcelona. The victory in the GP2* in San Remo went to Simone Buhofer riding Flying Girl (s. Querlybet Hero). Maximilian Schmid and Guardiola-N (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) finished in fourth place.

In Kronenberg (De Peelbergen), Gerben Morsink and Navarone Z (s. Nabab de Rêve) showed their skills. They won a 1.45m class and finished third in a 1.40m class. Malibu de Wiqui (s. Nabab de Rêve) and Pieter Clemens were fourth in Bonheiden (1.45m).

At the youth show in Olomouc, Czech Republic, Lea Djelmic jumped to victory in the Junior GP with Flyer (s. Nabab de Rêve). Ma Belle de Muze (s. Bamako de Muze, half-sister of Le Coultre de Muze) took second place with Maria Branka-Borja.

Finally, the GP1* of Fontainebleau was right up Marie Hecart's street. She jumped to victory with the only eight-year-old Nickel de la Roque (s. Elvis Ter Putte).
