Elvis Ter Putte-offspring triumphs in SBB competition for young horses

SBB

The final of the SBB competition for young horses was won by Niara (s. Elvis Ter Putte) and Jan Stoffelen. They swept the competition for six-year-olds. In the competition for four-year-olds, there was a seventh place for Portobella van de Fruitkorf (s. Bamako de Muze) and Anne Dries.

BWP

At the regional foal competition in Tienen, the competition for fillies was won by Tess van de Ravershoek (s. Bamako de Muze). She just preceded Tres-Jolie van het Neerenbosch (s. Vigo d’Arsouilles). The fifth place also went to a spawn of Vigo, namely Tarinde van de Hertog.

Cycle

Stal Mivaro opened up its premises for a new leg of the STX Cycle. In the competition for four-year-olds, our homebred Jessy Belle de Muze (s. Denzel van ‘t Meulenhof, Frederick Wuytack) and Nice Call Me de Muze Z (s. Nabab de Rêve, Brent Van Damme) realised a clear round once more.

In the competition for six-year-olds, Steven Verwaeren and Namaco van ‘t Keldertje (s. Bamako de Muze) finished at number six. They preceded Steven Vermeir on Nikita van de Koekelberg (s. Filou de Muze) on seven. Elvis Ter Putte took care of the number nine in this competition via Nestor. Malia (s. Bamako de Muze) became fifth in the competition for seven-year-olds. Both horses were ridden by Daan De Cleene.

International – young horses

At the international level, a lot of progeny by our stallions also stood out, especially in the classes for young horses. In British Keysoe for example, where Obelia vd Bisschop (s. Nabab de Rêve, Jackson Reed Stephenson) and Kokonut van de Nethe Z (s. Kasanova de la Pomme, Angela Thompson) jumped a clear round in the classes for five-year-olds.

Vegas 62 (s. Vigo d’Arsouilles) won a class for five-year-olds in Wiener Neustadt, ridden by Kathrin Müller. Carine Baudach on her turn jumped to second in a seven-year-olds class with Nascari (s. Nabab de Rêve).

Closer to home, at Knokke Hippique, N-Joy van ‘t Hellewater (s. Elvis Ter Putte) was very successful with Femke De Graaf. This duo won the final for six-year-olds. James Fisher and Ivanta (s. I’m Special de Muze) finished at number six in the same class. In the final for seven-year-olds, the silver medal went to Vida Loca Della Marca (s. Vigo d’Arsouilles) with Agustin Covarrubias. Thibaut Bollen and Me 2 By Cavalor (s. Elvis Ter Putte) joined in fifth place.

In Mons-Ghlin, the honours went to Mowgli ‘sv’ (s. Fantomas de Muze), who ended second in the final for seven-year-olds with Alix Ragot. Odile Gierech and Geisha des Sequoias (s. Bamako de Muze) equally impressed in that age category.

Matrone vd Donkhoeve (s. Elvis Ter Putte) made herself noticed in Italian San Giovanni di Marignano with British rider Daniel Neilson in the classes for six-year-olds. Demantur de Muze Z (s. Diamant de Semilly) did the same in the classes for seven-year-olds ridden by Fabio Crotta.

International

Jolie van het Molenhof (s. Nabab de Rêve) and Werner Muff jumped to second place at the 1.45m level in German Dettighofen-Albführen. The only eight-year-old Loukas de la Noue (s. Malito de Rêve) also showed his capacities with Cameron Hanley. They became fourth in a 1.45m-class. Tum Play de Jouas (s. Querlybet Hero) and Swiss rider Anthony Bourquard added a fifth place in a different 1.45m-class to that. At Spruce Meadows, Pedro Antonio Mateos Bernaldez and Arcange de l’Arc (s. Nabab de Rêve) were good for a second place in a 1.45m class.

Navarone Z (s. Nabab de Rêve) finished sixth in the GP3* at Outdoor Gelderland, ridden by Gerben Morsink. In the GP1*, the third place went to Wout Jan van der Schans on Forlan van de Sprengenberg (s. Nabab de Rêve) and at number nine, there was Marta Bottanelli with Vesthigo Z (s. Vigo d’Arsouilles).

The Nations Cup (2*) in Finnish Järvenpää was won by the Italian team with among them Eugenio Grimaldi and Minerva G.I.H. Z (s. Malito de Rêve). This duo also finished fourth in a 1.40m competition. Michol del Signore became fourth in the GP2* of Wiener Neustadt riding Enanda (s. Nabab de Rêve) and Kathrin Müller ended eighth in the same GP with Felitia DH (s. Querlybet Hero).

In San Giovanni di Marignano, there was a third place for Andrea Campagnaro riding Fadermus PP (s. Vigo d’Arsouilles) in a 1.40m class and in Paris finally, the GP1* was won by Jane Richard Philips and Kenia van ‘t Laerhof (s. Fantomas de Muze).
