At the age of four, she jumped seven clear rounds in the cycle with rider Christel Lenssens and also became a finalist in Gesves. At the age of five, she became 5th in the Belgian Championship in Gesves under the saddle of Stefaan Van De Walle and at the age of 6 she became 6th in Gesves with rider Johan Lenssens. She was then qualified to compete at the World Championships in Lanaken, but later that year she was sold to Switzerland. Under the saddle of the Swiss Christophe Barbeau, she has achieved many international rankings. Qerlychin and Christophe were consistently top of the World Cup standings and other major events.
In 2005, qerlychin was sold to Frenchman Reynold Angot.
