Quick Flip de Muze and Bernardo Alves won the GP2* in Ghlin last weekend. They had previously finished fourth in a ranking class. Quick Flip is the dam of our young stallion Ultra Flip de Muze. Bernardo appeared in excellent form. He also won a class at 1.40m level riding Vigo's Flip de Muze (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles), the dam of Quick Flip. Riding our 8-year-old stallion Rotterdam de Muze, Bernardo also secured fourth place at 1.40m level. In the same class, Zoe Potter took third place with Loma de Reve L.H (s. Malito de Rêve).
Valkenswaard
Giampiero Garofalo raced to a podium finish in the GP4* of Valkenswaard riding Querido van 't Ruytershof (s. Mosito van het Hellehof). In a 1.50m class, Michael Greeve finished fifth in the saddle of Malito (s. Malito de Rêve).
Kantibes (s. Scendro) and Ansgar Holtgers Jr continued their good form of recent weeks with a win at 1.50m level and a fourth place over 1.45m. Derin Demirsoy and Que Cera van 't Ruytershof (s. By Cera d'Ick) added a fourth place in a 1.45m class.
Jeanne Sadran and Funky Boy des Rêves (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) raced to tenth place in the GP2*, after already finishing second in a 1.45m class. That class was won by Gilles Thomas riding Feromas van Beek Z (s. Fantomas de Muze).
Ansgar Holtgers Jr also made his mark in the Young Riders classes. He rode Nabucco Z (s. Nabab de Rêve) to second place in the GP (1.50m) and victory over 1.45m. Ismail Osama El Borai and Orelia van 't Edelweishof (s. Nabab de Rêve) finished sixth.
St Lô
The GP3* in St Lô yielded a sixth place for Nicolas Layec on Fee de Caryan (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) and an eighth place for Romain Duguet riding Hunger Games du Champ du Bois (s. Elvis Ter Putte). Yoann Le Vot finished fifth with Funny Girl DK (s. By Cera d'Ick) in a ranking class.
In the GP2*, Clement Fortin delivered a top performance by finishing seventh with Hoptum de l'Abbaye (s. Malito de Rêve). Faustine Laferrerie added a fifth place in a 1.40m class riding Nora de Mariposa (s. Elvis Ter Putte).
Lier
Kendra Claricia Brinkop and Replay van 't Paradijs (s. Bamako de Muze) impressed with a third place in the GP2* of Lier. Pieter Jan Anthonissen took second place in a ranking class with our breeding product Plato de Muze Z, just ahead of Arnaud Gaublomme on Didam van 't Schaaphof Z (s. Denzel van 't Meulenhof). At 1.40m level, there were places of honour for Dimme d'Haese (Next Funky de Muze, s. Elvis Ter Putte) and Seppe Wouters (Qoffiekoek de Muze, s. Mosito van het Hellehof).
Cervia
In the GP2* in Cervia, Italy, Roberto Previtali took fourth place riding I'm Special Mess (s. I'm Special de Muze). Emanuele Massimiliano Bianchi placed Elton van het Exelhof Z (s. Elvis Ter Putte) in tenth place.
At 1.40m level, we noted placings for Khalid Mohammed A S Al Emadi on Thor Ter Wilgen Z (s. Taran de la Pomme), Ludovica Camerlengo on Orlando LV (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) and Giacomo Casadei on Raffinesse (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles).
VS
Sharn Wordley and Brin d'Or de Haute Melen Z (s. Bamako de Muze) were again in fine form with a third place in the GP2* of Ocala, just ahead of Luis Sabino Gonçalves with Scoop de Septon Z (s. Scendro). Earlier, Wordley and Brin d'Or also took second place in a ranking class. In Saugerties, Beat Mändli raced to eighth place in the GP3* with Kay Grey (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles). Philip McGuane and Oilily van 't Eigenlo (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) finished fourth over 1.45m.
Opglabbeek
In Opglabbeek, Rodrigo Pessoa took second place in a 1.40m class in the saddle of Ziggy Stardust (ex-Quolonko van het Weidse Hof, s. Mosito van het Hellehof). Robert Murphy and Hulde G (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) followed in fourth place in the same class.
BK Lier
At the Belgian Championships for 7-year-olds in Lier, both Brillant D&E Z (s. Bamako de Muze, Neal Vanderwegen) and Stella Dwerse Hagen (s. Lector vd Bisschop, Thibeau Spits) reached the final jump-off. They eventually finished fourth and eighth.
KWPN Championships
Our young top stallion Sambucci de Muze (s. Scendro) shone brightly at the KWPN Championships for 7-year-olds under Luke Hill. The championship was won by Bas Moerings and Nunblisther (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles). Ellen Zwijnenberg finished tenth in the saddle of N-Special de Fony-Bo (s. I'm Special de Muze).
In the 6-year-olds’ championship, Tom Schellekens and Oreon AC (s. Mosito van het Hellehof) secured a top-10 finish. Bas Moerings placed Oysther (s. Denzel van 't Meulenhof) in eleventh place. In the championship for 5-year-olds, Justin Zwartjens reached the jump-off on Pharao (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles).
