El Torreo dominates in Geesteren

At the CSI4* in Geesteren, the Netherlands, Bernardo Alves and El Torreo de Muze showed their excellent shape. They won the GP qualifier on Friday and jumped to third place in the GP on Sunday. In that qualifier Gerben Morsink finished second riding Navarone Z (s. Nabab de Rêve). Bas Moerings and Ipsthar (s. Denzel van 't Meulenhof) jumped to third place. The latter combination also came eighth in the GP.

Opglabbeek

At Sentower Park, two sons of Bamako de Muze jumped into the spotlight. Kasanova de la Pomme and Koen Vereecke were good for seventh place in the GP. Pascale Haep rode Iashin Sitte to a podium spot in the GP and a fifth place in the qualifier. Furthermore, Koen achieved several clear rounds on Istina Esqui (s. I'm Special de Muze), Oilily de Muze (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) and, of course, Quickly v/d Kruishoeve.

Cannes

At the GCT/GCL in Cannes, Philippe Rozier and Le Coultre de Muze (s. Presley Boy) grabbed second place in a 1.55m class and fifth place over 1.45m. Feromas van Beek Z (s. Fantomas de Muze) also showed with two second-place finishes at heights 1.45m and 1.50m respectively under Gilles Thomas.

Bratislava

With a double clear round, Bryan Balsiger and Scarlina de Tiji (s. Scendro) made an important contribution to the Swiss team's fourth place in the Nations Cup at the CSIO3* in Bratislava. The GP was right up Alessandra Reich's alley riding Oeli 'R' (s. Denzel van 't Meulenhof). They finished just ahead of Balsiger and Scarlina.

Calgary

The five-star circuit has also started at Spruce Meadows. It yielded a third place in the GP5* for Lillie Keenan and Fasther (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) last week. In the two-star competition, Santiago Lambre came fourth in a 1.45m class on Nono vd Withoeve (s. Elvis Ter Putte).

Other

Bernoit Cernin and Dynamite du Miral (s. Nabab de Rêve) finished seventh in the GP3* at Lons Le Saunier. There was a win for Manuel Gonzalez Dufrane and Martialis (s. Nabab de Rêve) in the GP2* at Puebla (Mexico). In Sancourt, the victory in the GP2* went to Dylan Ringot on ZZ Top (s. I'm Special de Muze). Benjamin Hedin and Funky Boy des Rêves (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) closed in on seven. In Williamsburg, Francesca Bolfo produced a fine performance by finishing third in the GP2* with  Jadalco (ex-Jadalco van de Kruishoeve, s. Nabab de Rêve). Finally, in Balve, Germany, Holger Hetzel jumped to seventh place in the GP2* on Helwell du Chabus (s. Elvis Ter Putte).
