Le Blue Diamond shines bright in St. Tropez

St. Tropez

Stunning performance of our still only nine-year-old Le Blue Diamond van 't Ruytershof at the CSI4* in St. Tropez. With Olivier Philippaerts, he came third in the 1.50m class and also classified in a 1.45m class.

Also in St. Tropez, Mathieu Billot jumped to second place in a 1.45m class riding Bad Boy du Bobois. In the GP4* the ninth place was for Pieter Clemens and Icarus (s. Querlybet Hero).

Lier

In Lier, our stallions made themselves heard as well. Bernardo Alves and El Torreo de Muze finished in tenth place in the GP2*. Matisse de Mariposa and Mosito van het Hellehof also showed themselves with a number of excellent clear rounds in the 1.40m classes. Nairobi Van Kojakhoeve Z (s. Nabab de Rêve) and Yves Vanderhasselt came fourth at the same height.

In the competition for seven-year-olds Nono vd Withoeve (s. Elvis Ter Putte) won the final with Thibeau Spits in the saddle. Furthermore, we noted excellent performances of Baron Z (s. Bamako de Muze, Tobias Meyer), Nemo HH (s. Elvis Ter Putte, Ida Svensson), Nikita van de Koekelberg (s. Filou de Muze, Steven Vermeir) and Home Made PL (s. Filou de Muze, Philippe Le Jeune). In the category for five- and six-year-olds, we saw Othello van 't Klavertje Vier (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles, Anke De Breucker), Pretty Woman van 't Paradijs (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles, Astrid Rooms), Ocean van 't Paradijs (s. Malito de Rêve, Astrid Rooms), Inxs du Finiels (s. Filou de Muze, Lucia Le Jeune Vizzini) and Linekers Neliza (s. I'm Special de Muze, Emilia Kerimaa) equally excel.

Oliva

Jeanne vd Oude Heihoef (s. Nabab de Rêve) and the Spanish Amazon Marta Gras Lorente were doing great in Oliva. They scored a fourth and a fifth place in two 1.40m classes.

Vilamoura

A small geographic step brings us in Vilamoura, where Piergorgio Buccio performed very well with Naiade d'Elsendam Z (s. Nabab de Rêve). They won a class 1.45m and took fourth place in another competition.

Tryon

In the US, the winter circuit is slowly getting started, with many Belgian horses as usual. Also Bellissimo Z (s. Bamako de Muze) recently left Belgium for the country of Uncle Joe. Not without success, because with Ashley Vogel, Bellissimo jumped immediately to the third place in a 1.45m class.

Royan

Also in Royan a descendant of Bamako de Muze impressed. Aymeric de Ponnat and Elize ranked fifth in a class 1.45m.

Young horses

Infinety Z.G. (s. I'm Special de Muze) and Maureen Bonder jumped twice clear in the competition for six- and seven-year-olds in Michalowice, Poland.

In the Italian San Giovanni di Marignano, we had clear rounds for Filippo Codesaca with S M Daytona (s. Denzel van 't Meulenhof), Niklas Schurtenberger with Hero AB Z (s. Scendro) and Alessio Longhi with Pelle 'T' (s. Kasanova de la Pomme). Enzo de Coquerie (s. Malito de Rêve, Umberto Reboldi), Organza van de Dennehoeve (s. El Torreo de Muze, Guido Franchi) and Nayana ADB (s. Nabab de Rêve, Guido Franchi) took the honours in the classes for six- and seven-year-olds.

Cup of Belgium

Our young dressage stallion Panthero van de Vogelzang showed his immense potential once more last weekend. With his regular rider Domien Michiels, he won the Belgian Cup, after they also won the final classification of the cycle for young horses the week before. Definitely one to keep an eye on.

Le Lion d'Angers

At the World Championships for Young Eventing Horses, Vigo d'Arsouilles' siring qualities once again surfaced. His son Vainquer Z and Steve van Winkel took a very nice seventh place in the championship for seven-year-olds.
