After already taking victory in a GP2* and a GP3* last year, Lector vd Bisschop won the GP4* of Opglabbeek last weekend. With Koen Vereecke he was the fastest after an exciting jump-off. Earlier this duo was also fourth in a 1.50m class.
Also in Opglabbeek, Robert Whitaker jumped to first and fourth place in two classes 1.40m with I'm Special Too DHH (s. I'm Special de Muze). For Nababette Z (s. Nabab de Rêve) and Henrik von Eckermann there was a third place at the same heigth.
Lector's dam Cordula de Laubry also produced another GP winner last weekend. In Rome, Brooklyn Heights raced to victory in the GP5* under Denis Lynch. Brooklyn Heights was born as Jorden van de Kruishoeve and is by Nabab de Rêve out of Cordula. With two international GP-winners in the same weekend Cordula confirms her status as one of the best breeding mares of this moment. Via her other son Fantomas de Muze, Cordula is also responsible for the second and third place in the STX Cycle for 7-year-olds in Sint-Niklaas. In the Nations Cup in Lisbon Jessica Burke and the only 9-year-old Namamia, equally by Fantomas de Muze, were part of the winning Irish team.
In Rome, Jérôme Guery and Margriet de Mariposa (s. Nabab de Rêve) finished third in a 1.50m class. Ludo Philippaerts and our stallion Obama de la Linière (s. Marius Claudius) finished third in a 1.40m class in Lisbon.
Bas Moerings and Ipsthar (s. Denzel van het Meulenhof) realised a sixth place in the GP3* of Eindhoven. In a 1.50m class Kevin Jochems and Flying Jackie (s. Nabab de Rêve) finished fourth.
At the CSI2* in St. Tropez, Pierre Marie Friant and Milo v/h Dingenshof (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) made themselves noticed with a fourth and a fifth place in two 1.40m classes. In the GP2*, Marie Hecart piloted her Nickel de la Roque (s. Elvis Ter Putte) to ninth place.
A third place was the result for our stallion Kaiser van het Lambroeck in the GP2* of Tryon ridden by Juan Carlos Garcia. In the GP2* in Budapest, Bronislav Chudyba took seventh place with Jamilla WV (s. Bamako de Muze). David Simpson and Indian Quality Z (s. I'm Special de Muze) gained place ten in the GP2* of Chard.
At the five star competition in Vancouver, Canada, the first round of the Major League of Showjumping, there was a third place for HH N-Joy (ex-N-Joy van 't Hellewater, s. Elvis Ter Putte) in a 1.50m class. Finally, in Munich-Riem, Maximilian Schmid jumped to fifth place in a 1.40m class riding Guardiola-N (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles).
