Piazza del Siena playground for Vigo offspring

Rolex Rome

Amazing results at the Rolex competition in Rome for the progeny of Vigo d’Arsouilles. First and foremost, there was a second place for Cian O’Connor on Irenice Horta in the GP. Secondly, we noted a fourth place for Ghana, half-sister to our stallion Navajo van ‘t Vianahof, in a 1.45m-class with Peter Moloney.

Also in Rome, Fer Z.G. (s. Nabab de Rêve) became third in a 1.55m-class ridden by Paolo Adorno and in the Nations Cup of Rome, Important de Muze (s. Erco van ‘t Roosakker) and Darragh Kenny were part of the second placed Irish quartet. VDL Glasgow van ‘t Merelsnest (s. Nabab de Rêve) and Jur Vrieling finished third with the Dutch team, ex-aequo with the Belgian team that had Pieter Clemens and Icarus (s. Querlybet Hero) aboard. The home team of Italy finally ended in fifth place, with both Lorenzo De Luca on Ensor de Litrange LXIII (s. Nabab de Rêve) and Lucia Le Jeune Vizzini on our stallion Filou de Muze being part of their squad.

Bonheiden

Beijing Z (s. Bamako de Muze) and Christof Deraedt proved to be in great shape at the CSI2* in Bonheiden. The duo finished third in a 1.45m-class and seventh in the GP. Francisco Rocha and our breeding product Lanzarote de Muze (s. Clinton) added a fifth place over 1.40m to that.

In the classes for young horses, there was a starring role for Geisha des Sequoias (s. Bamako de Muze). Ridden by Odile Gierech, the mare became second in the final for seven-year-olds. In the same final, Kevin Caprin rode Great Britain V (s. Nabab de Rêve) to a fifth spot. In the classes for five-year-olds, Orelia van ‘t Edelweishof (s. Nabab de Rêve) impressed with Caroline De Laet, grabbing a first and a third place.

Reims

More Bamako de Muze at the competition in Reims with a victory for Thibeau Spits on Bellissimo Z in a 1.50m-class. The same combination also gained a sixth place in the Grand Prix of Reims. Furthermore, we noted clear rounds in the classes for seven-year-olds for Capsule d’Argent (s. Elvis Ter Putte, Pelagie Falvy), Madonna Dwerse Hagen (s. Elvis Ter Putte, Patrik Spits) and Eric Lelièvre on Cheyenne de la Violle (s. Nabab de Rêve).

Bourg-en-Bresse

Also in French Bourg-en-Bresse, the offspring of Bamako de Muze emerged victorious with a great win for Monalisa van ‘t Paradijs and Gudrun Patteet in the final for seven-year-olds. Gravity of Greenhill (s. Nabab de Rêve) and French rider Julien Anquetin also made themselves noticed again with a victory and a second place in two 1.50m-classes.

Other

To conclude this week’s overview, there were some great results that were realized by the progeny of our stallions here and there. In Tryon, for example, Ibabco (s. Nabab de Rêve) won a 1.45m-class with Santiago Lambre. The same goes for Gerben Morsink on Navarone Z (s. Nabab de Rêve), but this duo won in Dutch Tubbergen. Naccord Melloni (s. Nabab de Rêve) and Wojciech Wojcianiec were part of the silver Polish team in the Nations Cup of Danish Uggerhalne. Linda Heed and Jarvis van d’Abelendreef (s. Nabab de Rêve) finished fourth with Sweden.

In Polish Ciekocinko, we noted a fourth place for Tomasz Olszewski and Camako S Boy JW (s. Bamako de Muze and in Austrian Ranshofen finally, Nobel de Rêve II Z (s. Nabab de Rêve, Anna-Katharina Lefelmann) and Jordan (s. Nabab de Rêve, Clarissa Lyra) jumped well in the classes for five-year-olds.
