Son of Mosito appointed for the KWPN stallion performance test

At the second and third phase of the KWPN stallion approvals, a three-year-old son of Mosito van het Hellehof has been appointed for the stallion performance test. La Costa ES (mf. Cumano) also received praise from the judges for his jumping abilities.

Treffen

We start our weekly international sport overview in Austrian Villach-Treffen, at the Glock’s Performance Center. VDL Glasgow vh Merelsnest (f. Nabab de Rêve) won a 1.50m-class with Jur Vrieling and the duo also finished the GP (1.60m) with an excellent fifth place.

In the Youngster Tour, Laura Renwick and Novita Jovial Z (f. Nabab de Rêve) showed their potential. They achieved a third and a fourth place.

Sharjah

A second spot was also the result for Dalila de la Pomme (f. Taran de la Pomme) and Evelina Tovek in the World Cup Qualifier of Sharjah. In that same class, Shane Breen and Ipswich van de Wolfsakker (f. Carembar de Muze) finished tenth. The latter combination also grabbed a second place in a 1.50m-class. In the young horse competition, Mohd Osama El Borai and Hannah-Gold (f. Nabab de Rêve) realized a clear round with the seven-year-olds.

Opglabbeek

At the Sentower Park there was a two star competition. Especially at a height of 1.40m, there were some notable performances. Sam Polleunis for example, who rode Be Cute van de Wolfsakker Z (f. Bamako de Muze) to a fourth place. In another class, there was a second spot for James Paterson-Robinson riding Luxor (f. Elvis Ter Putte). Finally, Lanzarote de Muze (f. Clinton) and Portugese rider Francisco Rocha finished fifth in a third 1.40m-class.

Villeneuve-Loubet

To conclude this week’s overview, we take a look at the competition in French Villeneuve-Loubet, where Romanian rider Andrea Herck impressed with Kalvarie van de Zelm (f. Nabab de Rêve). The duo grabbed a second and a fifth spot in two 1.45m-classes.
